Kalani, who boasts over three million followers and is known for his unique blend of food reviews and paranormal explorations, had already sampled a traditional roast in Sutton Coldfield and a Birmingham Balti.
When he asked fans where to eat next, one iconic West Midlands establishment dominated the conversation—Mad O’Rourke’s Pie Factory in nearby Tipton.
Fans flooded the comments with praise for Mad O’Rourke’s, famed for its signature “Desperate Dan” cow pie, a local favourite known for its rich filling and distinctive presentation. Mad O’Rourke’s Pie Factory has been a beloved culinary landmark since 1987 when it took over the former Doughety Arms pub, which dates back to the 1860s.
