£75,000 Birmingham Plot Offered at Auction Next Month

A triangular 0.12-acre plot of land in Birmingham’s Handsworth area is set to be auctioned next month by Bond Wolfe on behalf of Birmingham City Council. Located behind 92-97 Handsworth New Road, the site carries a guide price starting at £75,000.

Gurpreet Bassi, CEO of Bond Wolfe, described the land as promising for a “variety of uses,” contingent on obtaining the necessary planning permissions. “This parcel, positioned near Hockley Brook and at the junction of Reynolds Road, Handsworth New Road, and Boulton Road, sits within a predominantly residential neighbourhood,” said Mr Bassi.

The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, beginning at 8:30 am, and will be livestreamed via the Bond Wolfe website. Bidding options include proxy, telephone, and online participation, ensuring accessibility for remote bidders.
